The Gap Analysis is a critical task utilized to identify where a business is currently, where they want to be in the future, and realistically, how they can achieve these goals. MIG & Co. will perform a Gap Analysis using the following process:

  1. Opening Meeting - Explanation of activities to management team and key personnel

  2. System Evaluation Assessment – MIG Consultants will analyze your operation to determine areas of strengths and weaknesses in relation to the standard requirements. We will identify key business processes, as well as determine the scope of registration, to ensure proper application of the standard.

  3. Conduct Management Debriefing - We will meet with your management team and key personnel to review the existing system's shortcomings and make recommendations for corrective actions. We will verbally review the projected time-phased implementation plan.

  4. Written Report – MIG & Co. will prepare a detailed report identifying non-conformances, listing recommendations, corrective actions, pertinent observations and a time-phased implementation plan. We will also address how to streamline the common elements of documentation.
