The purpose of our demo video titled – Make Smarter Purchasing Decisions – is to provide you with a detailed and visual guide on the tools and features available to you which make it easy to meet the twin goals of better decision making and controlling costs.

One of the primary tools that Microsoft Dynamics GP is designed with is the Purchase Order Generator. When you click on the Suggest Purchase Order button displayed at the bottom right corner of the open window, you will be provided with a recommended list of purchase orders based on historical data collected on all previous purchases made.

When you click the check box, it automatically marks or unmarks an item for ordering. If you want a filtered view of specific item(s) that you have marked for procurement, select Marked and click on Generate Purchase Order button displayed at the top left corner of the open window.

Microsoft Dynamics GP will then display your purchase order based on the items that you marked for procurement and a history of previous purchases made. Thereby optimizing your inventory management and enabling better cost control. All of this with just a few clicks!
