The PO Generator module automates your purchasing by generating a suggested purchase order, with order point or minimum/maximum settings that determine quantities needed based on purchasing, sales, and inventory data. The Purchase Order Processing/Receiving module gives you automated purchasing and approval processes, flexible extended pricing, and blanket purchase orders. You can receive partial shipments with discounts, landed costs, and prepayments to better manage your purchasing and receiving processes. Tolerance handling enables you to receive items within a threshold percentage of the purchase order.
The Sales Order Processing module automates sales order processes to improve customer service, control fulfillment and invoicing, and minimize shipping and labor costs. You can track quotes, orders, back orders, invoices, and you can allow partial shipments and discounts per item. Consolidate fulfillment orders into one invoice for the customer’s benefit and for easier collections. Enable quicker sales with suggested items that offer upsell opportunities and substitutions for items that are out of stock.
The Inventory Control module enables you to easily monitor inventory stock levels and costs and to set prices on a customer-by-customer basis. You get multiple costing methods, tiered pricing, alternate vendors, and serial/lot tracking. Above all, you get a more accurate inventory.
Landed Cost tracks and updates the true costs associated with inventory items and automatically assigns or modifies costs as items are received. Bill of Materials gives you fast, flexible tracking of components and subassemblies used in light manufacturing. Requisition Management enables your people to order materials with the necessary approvals through a Business Portal application.
